MALAS

If you have encountered a problem with your mala please feel free to contact us at curvethesoul13@gmail.com and it will be our pleasure to look into the issue and get back to you within 24 hours. Malas are custom made works of art and non-refundable.

If your mala breaks, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement. Mala must be returned, at your expense, within 14 days of contacting us, and we will ship the replacement within 14 days of its arrival. 

If you believe your mala was damaged during delivery, you must contact us within 5 days of the arrival date. 

To cancel an order, please contact curvethesoul13@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will stop the process and issue a refund minus 10% processing fee.

COACHING SERVICES

Coaching services are non-refundable. Please refer to the Coaching Policies and Agreement. In the event of your absence or withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever, you will remain fully responsible for the entire Program Fee and any unpaid balance.
